How it works

    Start the timer and focus. Every minute you work, a fraction of it flows into your break bank.

    Earn breaks at your ratio

    Choose a ratio from 1/2 to 1/6 — 30 minutes of work earns you 15 minutes or 5 minutes of rest, depending on how you roll.

    Take your break, then reflect

    Session history shows what you worked on, how long you focused, and whether your breaks matched what you earned.
