← Draft beleidsplan + statuten

Section 9 of 10

Adopt, publish, keep actueel

Vaststellen, publiceren, and set a review cadence.

Right now

Have the bestuur formally vaststellen the plan, publish it, and set an annual review.

"Actueel" means current — the plan needs a review cadence, not a one-time publish.

What this step also covers

Three discrete acts close out the beleidsplan work:

  1. Vaststellen. The bestuur formally adopts the plan in a meeting and minutes the decision. The minutes (notulen) are your evidence of adoption.
  2. Publiceren. Put the plan on the public ANBI page. The Belastingdienst recommends this; it also helps satisfy the publicatieplicht.
  3. Actueel houden. Set a review cadence — typically annual — and put it on the bestuur’s calendar. A plan that goes stale fails the “actueel” test even if it was correct on the day of publication.

Two principles to keep in view while drafting:

  • The plan is vormvrij beyond steps 3–6. Don’t over-engineer the structure.
  • Everything has to reconcile with the statuten and the begroting. The Belastingdienst reads them as one coherent package.
